Welcome to the virtual home of one of India's largest college level projects. This Formula Hybrid venture is one of the first taken up by any college/university in India. We here at
SVNIT, Surat, aim to use its team of highly capable and passionate souls, and all available resources to bring laurels to this country.
The Event:
Formula Hybrid is an event conceptualized by
SAE International, it was started in 2006 as Formula Student and its second edition was christened Formula Hybrid in 2007.
It provides a platform for various colleges to showcase their technical expertise,knowledge and most of all, raises awareness about Hybrid technology.
Colleges are required to design and fabricate a Hybrid race car from scratch. These
cars are pitted against each other in the final competition.
What You Can Do: More than anything, this project requires you to be by its side through and through. We need your blessings and prayers to take India and SVNIT to a higher pedestal among institutes of higher education around the world.
