Avtec, Hosur is what was called Hindustan Motors before... It manufactures transmissions for off highway vehicles. We did a two months project there using the six sigma approach to reduce the cycle time of a particular project. The experience of working under the master black belt in Six sigma was fascinating. I think this company provides one of the most finest experiences in project work during summer holidays while my other training and project experiences werent in any way useful.. I think one shd consider applying here if hes really interested to cook some real stuff in hols!!!
